I now use it all the time and really like it. Especially for reading or working undisturbed, but I also use it when I feel I am reaching too much at my phone without reason. I am more aware now of the use of my phone.

I keep it on the shelf by my reading chair and slide it over the phone before I sit down in the evenings. Doesn't stop me every time — some nights I still turn the phone over out of habit — but I got through the whole Ferrante box set this autumn, which hadn't happened since my twenties.
I've started putting it on before I sit down with my notes at the kitchen table. My phone still sits right there, but I don't reach for it the way I used to. Finished a whole tax law module in one sitting last week, which for me is basically a miracle.
